Return and Refund Policy
- Return Window: Most items may be returned within 15 days of the shipping date.
- Refund Method: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, when available.
- Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase are not refundable.
- Merchandise Credit Option: If your return qualifies, you may choose to receive merchandise credit instead of a refund. Merchandise credit returns are processed free of charge.
- Shipping charges applied to the original order are non‑refundable.
- A $9.95 return processing fee will be deducted from refunds unless merchandise credit is selected.
- Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
- Food items and face masks are for the final sale and cannot be returned.
- Scrubs worn outside the home may only be returned with prior approval from Customer Care.
- Duties, used products, or incomplete items (e.g., missing pieces) are not refundable.
- Branded merchandise or products not purchased directly from Tierrux LLC are not eligible for return.
- Items sent to us outside the terms of this policy will not be refunded and will not be returned to sender.
Proof of Purchase
- Shipment notification emails or order numbers from Tierrux LLC serve as proof of purchase.
- Emails or receipts from other retailers are not valid.

- Provide your order number and shipping ZIP code.
- Choose either:
- Box‑Free Drop Off: Receive a QR code, drop off items at a nearby location, and refunds are typically processed within 4–5 business days after validation.
- USPS Drop Off: Print a mailing label, ship via USPS, and track your return.
Shipper of Your Choice
- Securely package your return and include order number, name, address, phone number, items, and reason for return.

- Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Exchanges & Reorders
· Returned items are credited once processed within 4–5 business days after validation.
- Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded.

Oversized Items
- A minimum $25 return fee applies to oversized items. Fees may vary based on size and weight.
Price Adjustments
- If an item purchased from https://www.tierrux.com is reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, a one‑time price adjustment may be requested.
- Exclusions: “On the Counter,” “Last Chance,” and “Final Sale” items.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after validation.
