Personalization
Please allow extra time for orders with personalization or other special services.
- Please add 3-5 business days for orders with monogramming, engraving, hemming, embroidery or school logo.
Backorder Items
· Back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost.
· Back-ordered items are shipped standard, regardless of the ship method selected for the order.
Furniture and Specialty Items
· Some Home products (such as furniture, Holiday greenery, and other items) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and have delivery times longer than our standard 4-6 business days, with no shipping upgrade available.
· Please review the Shipping & Returns link on the product page for the expected delivery timeframe.

· Business Days: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.

Expected Delivery Days
· Most orders will arrive within 15-22 business days after your order is processed. Although we try our best to deliver your order as estimated, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
· Note: Once your order is submitted, changes cannot be made. If you need to cancel your order, please call us within 30-minutes of submitting your order.
Duties & Taxes
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are determined by a combination of factors. These factors include the specific country of origin (or manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the various countries that Global-e supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Global-e global checkout.
For certain countries, DDU (Duties and Taxes Delivered Unpaid), is enabled. You’ll pay all duties, taxes, and collection fees (if any) to shipping carrier upon receipt. This option may be accessible to you, depending upon the carriers available to you. If you choose to prepay duty & taxes (DDP), at the time your order online is placed, there will be no additional charges due upon receipt. Not available for phone orders.
International Orders
Online ordering offers a convenient international shopping experience, allowing customers to place orders in their preferred currency with applicable customs duties and taxes included at checkout. Customers who prefer assistance may place orders by phone by calling 1‑608-805-3827, available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST.

- The only shipping method offered on orders placed over the phone is UPS International.
- Shipping fee schedule is below and will be added to the order.
- Please note, in country customs, duties and taxes are not paid at the time of purchase of the order placed over the phone. These will be required to be paid by the customer to complete the final delivery.
- We are unable to provide estimates of custom, duties, and taxes. Contact your local customs to understand these additional fees.

International Returns
- Eligible returns outside the U.S. and Canada must be initiated via the online return portal.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of shipment.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment with proof of purchase.
- Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
- Duties, used products, or incomplete items (e.g., missing pieces) are not refundable.
- Items sent outside the terms of this policy will not be refunded or returned to sender.
