Messaging Rates Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent to or received from Tierrux LLC text services, including entry or submission messages, confirmations, and subsequent correspondence. While we do not charge for content, downloadable items may incur additional fees from your carrier. Please consult your wireless provider for details on your messaging and data plan. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Subscription and Consent By subscribing to Tierrux RapidShop, you consent to receive up to eight automated marketing text messages per month at the mobile number provided during opt‑in. Messages may include offers from us, our affiliates, and partners. You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to +1 608-805-3827. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Authorized Use You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device used to subscribe and that you are authorized to approve applicable charges.

Service Availability We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery, which depend on your network operator and device processing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or failed messages. Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Information Collected We may collect information such as your mobile number, carrier name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, along with other information you provide. This data may be used to deliver services, improve functionality, and communicate with you. Your carrier and service providers may also collect usage data under their own policies. We may disclose information as required by law, regulation, or governmental request, or to protect our rights and property. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the service.

Proprietary Use All content and materials provided through the text service are proprietary to Tierrux LLC or its licensors. Use is limited to personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not damage, impair, interfere with, or disrupt the service.

Geographic Availability Our text message service is available only within the United States.

Changes and Termination We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your wireless service lapses, or if you change or deactivate your mobile number without notifying us at support@tierrux.com. We may discontinue the service at our discretion.
